decoder_enable
The decoder_enable parameter defines if the ECC decodercircuitryis selected or bypassed.
Setting decoder_enable to 1’b1 enables the ECC decoder for normal operation.Setting
decoder_enable to 1’b0 disables the ECC decoder circuitry and allows the dout, doutp, and
doutpxmemoryoutputstoberoutedtotheoutputportswithouterror
correction.Thedefault
valueofthedecoder_enableparameteris1’b1.
mem_init_file
The mem_init_file parameter provides a mechanism to set the initial contents of the
BRAM80KECC memory. If the mem_init_value is defined, the BRAM80KECC will be
initialized with the values defined in the file pointed to by the mem_init_file parameter
accordingtotheformatdefinedinthe
MemoryInitializationsection.If themem_init_fileis
leftatthedefaultvalueof“”,theinitialcontentswillbedefinedbythevaluesoftheinitd_000
‐ initd_ 255, initp_00‐initp_31, and the initpx_00‐initpx_3 1 parameters. If the memory
initializationparametersandthemem_init_fileparametersarenotdefined,thecontentsofthe
BRAM80Kwillbeinitializedtoallzeros.
